HexaTribe Loyalty and Referral Program: General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the HexaTribe Loyalty and Referral Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1 The HexaTribe Program is open to all customers of Hexarope.com, except those classified as resellers.

1.2 Participation in the Program is free and automatic upon account creation on Hexarope.com.

1.3 Customers must provide accurate personal information, including a valid email address, to join and participate.

2. Earning Points

2.1 Points are earned based on purchases and other eligible activities as outlined below. Points are earned per euro spent, depending on your HexaTribe status:

  • HexaSeed: 1 point per €25 (incl.VAT) spent.
  • HexaBranch: 1 point per €20 (incl.VAT) spent.
  • HexaCanopy: 1 point per €15 (incl.VAT) spent.
  • Referral Program: Earn 10 points for each referred friend who signs up and completes their first purchase. The referred friend receives 5 points.
  • Birthday Reward: Earn 10 points annually on your birthday.
  • Newsletter Subscription: Earn 5 points for subscribing to the Hexarope newsletter (one-time reward).

2.2 Points will be credited to your account within 48 hours of the eligible transaction or activity.

2.3 Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or refunded for cash.

2.4 If an order is canceled, refunded, and/or returned, the points earned from the payment of that order will be automatically deducted from the user’s account.

3. Status Levels

3.1 The Program includes three status levels based on the total points accumulated:

  • HexaSeed: Entry-level status, requiring 5 points to join.
  • HexaBranch: Intermediate status, requiring 50 points.
  • HexaCanopy: Top-tier status, requiring 150 points.

3.2 Each status level determines the rate at which points are earned, as outlined in Section 2.1.

3.3 Status Retention: Once a participant reaches a new status level, they will retain that status for 2 years, even if they redeem their points for rewards.

4. Using Points

4.1 Points can be redeemed as discounts on purchases made at Hexarope.com, subject to the following conditions:

  • A minimum of 5 points is required for redemption.
  • Each point is equivalent to 1€ (incl.VAT).
  • The maximum value of redeemed points cannot exceed 10% of the total cart value (incl.VAT).
  • The minimum cart value for redemption is 50€ including VAT (cart value must meet this threshold before points are applied).
  • Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions.
  • Loyalty discounts cannot be earned on discounted products.

4.2 Points can only be redeemed online at Hexarope.com.

5. Points Validity

5.1 Points earned through the Program are valid for 24 months from the date they are credited to your account.

5.2 Expired points will be automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

6. Account Management

6.1 Participants can view their points balance and transaction history by logging into their account on Hexarope.com.

6.2 It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure their account remains active and accurate.

6.3 If you believe your points balance is incorrect, please contact customer service within 30 days of the transaction (contact@hexarope.com)

7. Program Exclusions

7.1 Customers classified as resellers are excluded from earning or redeeming points within the Program.

7.2 Points will not be earned on purchases made with reseller accounts or on orders where a reseller discount is applied.

8. Changes to the Program

8.1 Hexarope reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, its terms, or conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2 In the event of Program termination, participants will have 30 days to redeem any remaining points.

9. General Conditions

9.1 Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions and any additional policies outlined by Hexarope.

9.2 Hexarope reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms or misuse the Program.

9.3 Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with any other voucher, promotion, or offer.

10. Data Privacy

10.1 By participating in the Program, you agree that Hexarope may collect, store, and process your personal data to manage your participation.

10.2 Hexarope will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
