Working rope Kanopa
The Kanopa rope is the first special arborist rope from Courant, adopted by many climbers. This rope has been redesigned for better visibility in trees, but we haven't changed anything else since its creation.
Advantages:
- 12.1 mm diameter for an easy grip
- X-Braid multi-strand core for long-lasting flexibility
- 16-strand polyester sheath for a perfect grip on all friction knots
- Guaranteed sock-free effect
Kanopa rope is available with a Courant-certified splice. The splice is made by Hexarope splicers who are accredited by Courant.
Kanopa rope can also be supplied with a non-PPE sewn termination, in which case the termination cannot be considered an anchor point or personal protective equipment.
Warning: Some of our ropes are supplied with a non-PPE sewn termination. This termination is not designed for use as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and must never be used to support a person or ensure their safety at height. The non-PPE sewn termination is clearly marked on the rope with a specific label.
