Designed for tree climbing and pruning, the Kalimba is the solution for arborists looking for a versatile access rope. Its 24-spindle design offers a round rope with a balanced grip adapted to the various descenders on the market. The X-braid core construction gives Kalimba great flexibility over time and low stretch, making it highly effective for SRT and DRS. The best of both worlds, braided with three Lollypop colours that flash up the tree.
Kalimba rope is available with a Courant-certified splice. The splice is made by Hexarope splicers who are accredited by Courant.
Kalimba rope can also be supplied with a non-PPE sewn termination, in which case the termination cannot be considered an anchor point or personal protective equipment.
Warning: Some of our ropes are supplied with a non-PPE sewn termination. This termination is not designed for use as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and must never be used to support a person or ensure their safety at height. The non-PPE sewn termination is clearly marked on the rope with a specific label.
